Happiness is... three year old bouquets just for Mom. Dimpled little fingers stained yellow. Sunshiney flowers by the dozens.
These moments fill my heart to overflowing and set it breaking all at once.

And this is why Spring is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteOh, that is so sweet!
ReplyDeleteWe have to have jar in our class every spring for dandelions- they are a preschool teachers or moms roses. I love that picture- it really says it all.
ReplyDeleteI love it!! Hopefully L's asthma will get under control so that he can actually go outside and pick me some dandelions sometime in the near future!!
ReplyDeleteThat picture is perfect. I have a few of those yellow bouquets in little bowls and vases around my house. The look of excitement on their faces is priceless too! :)
ReplyDeleteVery very sweet :o)
ReplyDeleteI love it. I refuse to tell my kids that dandelions are technically weeds ... just so they don't lose their enthusiasm for picking me those sweet little bouquets. :)
ReplyDeleteLittlest One went running outdoors in the warm sunshine yelling,"Spring! I love Spring!" 20 minutes later I went to look in the front garden. Thanks to the enthusiasm of a five year old, last years' rose bush had "sprouted" dozens of golden dandelion blooms on each old blossom end. Happy Dandelions everyone!!!
ReplyDeleteI love this happiness project! And I LOVE flowers. Something about them that just makes you smile, right?
