Sunday

This Sunday was cool and rainy.

This Sunday consisted of...

Early morning rising for a 6 hour shift in the ICU.

Mangoes for breakfast when I got home...

Banana bread for mid-afternoon snack...

Funny faces...

A drive through the countryside (because that's exactly what it is here in Iowa...countryside)...

Forgetting my camera on the drive...

Blanket houses with a huge stack of library books...

A short nap on the couch...And then being bounced awake...

Spaghetti squash for dinner...

Overall, I'd call this a pretty good day.

  2. It's late...too late. You know how I know? I'd give my left arm for a slice of that banana bread.. warm & a little butter.

Sounds like you had a good day.

Peace, my friend.... off to sleep OR bake a loaf.

    Sleep....

  5. I had never fixed a mango before yesterday! I had to look up online how to cut it.

  7. I'm glad you found comforts to cheer you up after the long, hard shift. Your mangos are lovely, the banana bread makes me think I can eat it on screen. Sorry you forgot your camera, but the blanket house was a great adventure obviously exciting! Happy, day! Its happy to be bounced awake and happy to sleeeeeeeeeeep. Hope you can! Hugs!!!!
